Question: In Exodus 20:3-5 – God says “Thou shalt have no other Gods before Me”. Does that not openly acknowledge that there are other Gods?
No!
It is referenced to Satan “the god of this world” (John 14:30, 16:11, 12:31 & 2Cor. 4:4); and all his humanly devised Idols!
This contest has been in play since Satan’s banishment; and is yet to be played out in the events of Anti-Christ, the Great Tribulation, and Armageddon; in which Satan must destroy Israel to gain supremacy over Almighty God (Jer. 31)!
